Processing Time: Your orders are carefully inspected and packaged according to our high-quality standards within 1-3 business days before being dispatched.

International Shipping: We ship globally through our extensive network. For international orders, we partner with leading carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Address Restrictions: To ensure secure delivery, we only ship to physical addresses. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Estimated Delivery Times: Domestic shipments (Turkey) take 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery for Europe, the Americas, and other continents is 3-7 business days.

Customs & Duties: For international orders, any taxes, duties, or additional fees that may arise in accordance with the customs regulations of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the shipping costs.

Damaged Packages: We recommend checking the external packaging upon delivery. If a package is clearly damaged, please have a report filed by the courier and do not accept the delivery. For issues discovered after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours.
